Cadet Pilot – Second Officer – Junior First Officer – First Officer - Captain

Contract Terms are Locally Employed Pilot and will remain so for the duration of their career.

Those who join as second officers are employed on Expatriate contract Terms.  They will be based in Hong Kong.

Those who join as First Officers are employed directly on a base and occasionally on Expatriate contract Terms in Hong Kong, Local freighter terms in Hong Kong have been offered of late. 

The Company recruits pilots for a full career including promotion to Command. On Date of Joining (DOJ), Freighter and Passenger Fleet crew are given a seniority number at the bottom of the common Aircrew Seniority List.

Both passenger and freighter fleet upgrades from First Officer to Captain are subject to a selection panel assessment, in order of seniority.
